Limited Edition of 5,000 copies.
Given away free as a 1st Anniversary gift at a series of concerts between 3-6 July 1977. The 5th and 6th gigs were cancelled due a falling out between the band and Marquee management due to the club refusing to use The Damneds backdrop. Copies were issued to members of the original Damned Disciples Fan Club. 250 copies were issued by the NME as a competition prize.
